Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and deliver high-quality ABA services to clients in home, school, or community settings. Competenze

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and collaborate with families.

Mansioni

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans for client and family.
