Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree
• Licensure/certification requirements per state and local regulations
• Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Analysts, RBTs and analysts

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behaviors and enhance skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and ensure client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
