Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans. You will supervise Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and Student Analysts, ensuring high-quality ABA services across home, school, or community settings.

The role emphasizes family collaboration, data-driven treatment, and adherence to BACB ethics. Travel to client locations is required, with a focus on quality of life for families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Roles require licensure/credentialing per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce behavior and increase skills.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
