Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA services, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality supports for clients and families across settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• All roles require local and state licensure.
• Experience with behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Create a PBS-based responsive system for clients and families.
• Develop an organization that attracts competent, enthusiastic people.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
