Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children, teens, and young adults with Autism across clinics, homes, and schools. The role emphasizes direct, one-on-one therapy under supervision of experienced therapists and BCBAs, with opportunities to grow through a tiered BT program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Background checks including criminal, sex offender, abuse/neglect registry, and MVR as required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in ABA sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBA and managers to support client goals.
• Assist in various locations including clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.
• Demonstrate and model socially significant behaviors and safety.
