Job summary

Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and teens, across clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.

You will work with BCBA/BCBA managers to support goals, develop self-advocacy and life skills, and promote positive social interactions in real-world environments. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Clear criminal background check, sex offender registry check, and abuse and neglect registry check.
• Clear MVR background check (as required by position).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Collaborate with BCBA/management to support client goals.
• Work across clinics, client homes, schools and community settings.
• Help clients develop self-advocacy, life skills and social interaction.
