Qualifications

• Ph.D. or foreign equivalent with credentials to be a tenured Professor in the Norman J. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences at KSU (Required).
• Tenured professor status with teaching, research, and service record (Required).
• Demonstrated leadership in higher education (Required).
• Commitment to student success and engagement in higher education (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversees development, planning, and implementation of all Student Success Initiatives with college leadership and departments.
• Collaborates on mapping college initiatives to the university strategic plan and data reporting.
• Promotes undergraduate research and student scholarships.
• Serves as liaison with campus partners (Undergraduate Advising Center, Career Planning, etc.).
• Promotes career and professional development initiatives for students.
• Responds to academic integrity and student issues.
• Oversees the Dean's Student Advisory Board and the Lindy Radow Scholars Program.
• Engages with Honors College and other partners on student-focused events.
• Facilitates experiential learning related to student engagement and success.
• Monitors reports and data on student success outcomes.
