Responsibilities

• Oversees development, planning, and implementation of Student Success Initiatives
• Collaborates on mapping college initiatives to the university strategic plan
• Promotes undergraduate research
• Serves as liaison with campus partners (Undergraduate Advising Center, Career Planning)
• Promotes career and professional development initiatives for students
• Responds to academic integrity and student issues
• Manages student scholarships and annual award processes
• Oversees the Dean's Student Advisory Board and Lindy Radow Scholars Program
• Engages with Honors College and other partners on student events
• Assists in donor outreach for student-focused initiatives
• Participates in scholarly research related to student success
• Builds mentoring programs for students
• Secures funding for student-facing initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Dean
