Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Manteca, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide high‑quality ADL assistance, help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and safety. You’ll support residents’ social and emotional well‑being while following individualized care plans and MBK policies.

This full‑time role offers a daytime AM shift, pay $18–$19 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if not held.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and mobility.
• Perform regular safety checks and report changes in residents' condition.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and support residents' social and emotional well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
• Promote safety and follow policies and procedures while communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members.
