Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Assisted Living Caregiver to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and daily activities while prioritizing dignity and safety.

A strong focus on communication and teamwork ensures exceptional service and resident well-being. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus First Aid/CPR and medication management credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have current First Aid and CPR certification and medication management training as required.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred where state permits.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred with on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Maintain safety, privacy and dignity; report changes in resident condition promptly.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being and engagement in activities.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry duties for residents and community as assigned.
