Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care in a hospitable environment. The role focuses on preserving independence, dignity, and safety while delivering high-quality service consistent with ISP plans.

The position features a Friday–Saturday 2pm–10pm schedule, with hourly wages of $18–$19. A full-time benefits package accompanies the role, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching, plus additional support

Responsibilities

• Responds to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining independence, self-respect, dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Read and validate shift reports and ISP at shift start, and acknowledge lifestyle surveys.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during the shift.
• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and toileting functions.

Job Summary

The Caregiver is a vital member of our community, dedicated to providing the highest degree of quality care and services. They assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including but not limited to personal and dental hygiene, transportation to meals and activities, and bodily functions. Caregivers are responsible for delivering exceptional hands-on care while supporting the social and emotional well‑being of MBK residents with compassion and superior customer service, as outlined in each resident’s Individualized Service Plan, while prioritizing dignity, privacy, and safety in accordance with all policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responds to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each resident’s independence, self-respect, personal dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• At the start of each shift, read and validate understanding of shift reporting, new or updated residents’ Individualized Service Plan (ISP), and lifestyle surveys by initialing.
