Job summary

The Caregiver at MBK Senior Living provides high-quality daily living assistance, supporting residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and social engagement while upholding dignity and privacy.

This part-time role requires 1+ year caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to complete background checks. Training and a robust benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications preferred where state requires.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state rules differ.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity.
• Support meal times, mobility, transfers, and wellness activities.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and quality of care per ISP and policies.
• Document changes and respond to resident needs promptly.
