Rocky Mountain Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support HUD‑assisted and LIHTC properties across Colorado. You’ll assist with resident intake, leasing, income certifications, and compliance while helping achieve occupancy goals and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or lease-up operations.
• Working knowledge of HUD and/or LIHTC programs or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations including resident inquiries, leasing activity, work order coordination, and vendor communication.
• Support lease-up efforts by processing applications, scheduling tours, coordinating move-ins, and occupancy benchmarks.
• Conduct unit inspections, move-in/move-out inspections, and common-area walkthroughs.
• Provide professional front-office coverage and resident customer service.
• Assist with HUD & LIHTC documentation and compliance tracking.
