Devereux is seeking an Assistant Program Manager in New Jersey to support adults with autism and developmental disabilities in daily living and community participation. You will supervise programs, coordinate transport, and collaborate with clinicians and family members to ensure safety and progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Two-week paid orientation training (hybrid and in person) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from day programs and activities.
• Build positive relationships with family members to support progress and wellbeing.
• Coordinate community-based jobs and outings to promote independence.
