Job summary

Camelot Community Care Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks an Assistant Director to provide supervisory oversight for Child Welfare Case Management programs, ensuring compliance with policies and contracts, and backing the Program Director and Permanency Specialist.

You will help track trust funds, supervise staff, support training, participate in court preparation, and drive performance improvements while maintaining a compassionate, professional service culture for dependent children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field with three years’ supervisory experience.
• BA degree with five years related experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Must pass Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of day-to-day operations for Child Welfare Case Management programs.
• Supervise multiple staff including supervisor-level roles.
• Develop and implement tracking for court documentation and case plans.
• Attend meetings designated by the Program Director; support training and quality measures.
• Assist in permanency projections and management supervision discussions.
• Support compliance with performance and contract measures and incident reporting.
