Job summary

• Two years of progressively responsible, relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar software.
• Experience with basic evaluation and survey programs such as Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics.
• Ability to organize and document work, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds, manages, and reports on institutional evaluations including student, course, and faculty surveys.
• Plans and designs surveys/evaluations and maintains scheduling for timely distribution.
• Implements live surveys, resolves inconsistencies, and ensures high-quality output.
• Analyzes data and prepares findings for curriculum review and accreditation materials.
• Coordinates with team members on evaluation projects and supports continuous quality improvement.
