Creighton University School of Medicine seeks a Program Evaluation Specialist to support curriculum assessment and continuous improvement for the PA and MD programs. You will collaborate with faculty, program leadership, and educational teams to strengthen educational quality and student learning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field required (Social Sciences, Statistics).
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with research/survey design.
• Experience with statistics and statistical software applications and ability to perform descriptive, inferential, multivariate analyses.
• Expertise in data visualization for reporting.
• Strong understanding of program evaluation methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain data collection, management, analysis practices in compliance with accreditation standards (ARC-PA for the PA program; LCME for the MD program).
• Aid in the development and completion of reports to support assessment and evaluation practices of the MD and PA program.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the assessment processes.
