Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to four years.
• Two years of progressively responsible, relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel or other related software.
• Experience with basic evaluation and survey programs such as Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics.
• Ability to organize and document work effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in written and oral communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Builds, manages, and reports on institutional evaluations, including surveys of students, courses, and faculty.
• Plans and designs surveys/evaluations.
• Maintains a schedule for timely generation and distribution of surveys/evaluations.
• Implements and manages live surveys/evaluations and resolves issues.
• Ensures high-quality output across surveys through review of processes.
• Analyzes data collected in evaluations with the director.
• Prepares findings for review of courses, clerkships, and curriculum.
• Prepares detailed reports and presentations for review.
• Participates in institutional meetings and committees.
• Coordinates with team on evaluation projects as requested.
• Proctors exams.
• Performs other related duties.
