Job summary

The University of Mississippi seeks a Program Manager to support assessment, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness. You will coordinate campus-wide assessment timelines, provide guidance to writers and staff, and help develop meaningful outcomes and measures of success to inform improvements in teaching, learning, programs, and services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with assessment, institutional effectiveness, accreditation, or strategic planning in higher education.
• Teaching and/or tutoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional assessment timelines across units.
• Provide consultation and guidance on assessment processes and reporting expectations.
• Assist units in developing outcomes, measures of success, and improvement strategies.
• Develop and deliver workshops and office hours on assessment practices and software.
• Coordinate the implementation and use of the university’s assessment and planning system.
