Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field is required.
• 2+ years of crisis intervention, verbal de-escalation, and mental health experience across the lifespan.
• Satisfactorily pass all screenings and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and processes client information to determine eligibility, assessments, and referrals.
• Assesses risk and recommends safety plans for clients and staff.
• Engages with collaterals to determine level of care and may involve courts or law enforcement as needed.
• Develops plans using clinical modalities to reduce risk and connects clients with needed services.
