Job summary

The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on ML experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch. Remote/hybrid options may be available depending on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 4–5 years of professional AI/ML development and deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data (text, images, time series).
• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI).
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows for ML models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must have valid U.S. Work Authorization (CPT/OPT/GC/USC).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and AI algorithms for production use.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and build predictive or prescriptive models.
• Develop data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Evaluate model performance, optimize parameters, and ensure scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into applications or APIs.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML, NLP, or computer vision techniques.
• Document design processes, code, and experiment results for knowledge sharing.
