Job summary

Nike Global Technology seeks a Senior Software Engineer focused on AI/ML to build scalable models and analytics platforms. You will own projects end-to-end, from concept to deployment, providing technical vision and guiding teammates.

Strong collaboration and communication are essential as you partner with teams across Portland, Boston, and international locations. The role emphasizes hands-on Python development, cloud architecture, and experience with data processing tools like Spark and EMR,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, ML, or related.
Creative problem‑solving with analytical approach.
Strong Python coding with maintainable, extensible style.
Cloud architectures and AWS expertise.
Experience with Spark, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Hive, Terraform.
Proven Agile and test‑driven development experience.
Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
