Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer for an Atlanta, GA/Remote location. You will design and implement ML models, build end-to-end pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.

The role requires 5–9 years of hands-on ML experience, a strong mathematical background, and a track record of taking ML projects from research to production. A PhD is a plus, with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field; PhD a plus.
• 5–9 years hands-on ML and data science experience.
• Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics.
• Experience taking ML projects from research to production.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.
• Perform EDA, feature engineering, and statistical modelling on large datasets.
• Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data/software engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Research and integrate state-of-the-art algorithms and frameworks.
• Document experiments and design decisions for reproducibility.
• Stay current with ML advances and assess applicability to use cases.
