• Manage project documentation, financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing to support execution.
• Provide technical support through site visits, troubleshooting equipment, and hands-on mechanical work.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance project performance and customer satisfaction.
