What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate equipment orders and projects from order entry through completion, ensuring accuracy, organization, and on‑time delivery.
  • Partner with sales teams, vendors, and customers to manage project schedules, communicate updates, and resolve project challenges.
  • Manage project documentation, financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing to support successful project execution.
  • Provide technical support through job site visits, troubleshooting equipment, and hands‑on mechanical work, including pump rebuilds and specialty applications.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Expand your technical expertise through ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance project performance and customer satisfaction.
