Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a Project Manager for Nashville-based commercial mechanical construction projects. You will oversee the full lifecycle from kickoff to closeout, manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, subcontractors, documentation and financial performance.

Projects typically range around $10M-$15M+, with most sites near Nashville. Competitive base salary around $120,000+, plus annual bonus and a monthly vehicle allowance, with clear advancement paths.

Qualifications

3–5 years of project management in commercial construction.
Experience delivering full lifecycle projects.
Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
Proficient with RFIs, submittals, buyouts, and closeouts.
Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Monitor budgets and financial performance.
Coordinate subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Lead client meetings and communications.
Track RFIs, submittals, buyouts, and closeouts.
Ensure timely project deliverables and documentation.
