Job summary

Mechanical Resource Group (MRG) is seeking an Aftermarket Project Manager to lead the aftermarket parts team through orders and projects from entry to completion. You will influence opportunities by ensuring order accuracy, on-time delivery, and technical support, within a family-owned firm with 25+ years of industry experience.

You will coordinate with sales teams, vendors, and customers, manage project schedules, and provide hands-on technical support including pump rebuilds and specialty

Qualifications

• HVAC, construction, engineering, or relevant military experience.
• Ability to learn various vendor and proprietary software.
• Experience with billing and financial documentation.
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment orders and projects from order entry through completion, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Partner with sales teams, vendors, and customers to manage project schedules and communications.
• Manage project documentation, financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Provide technical support through job site visits, troubleshooting, and mechanical work.
• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences with good service.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in project performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Coordinate equipment orders and projects from order entry through completion, ensuring accuracy, organization, and on-time delivery.

• Manage project documentation, financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing to support successful project execution.
• Provide technical support through job site visits, troubleshooting equipment, and hands-on mechanical work, including pump rebuilds and specialty applications.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
