The Community Manager oversees all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative, and risk management functions. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
Our compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, certifications, and other factors. Salary Range: $57,000 to $62,500 per year.
