Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and strong accounting fundamentals.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Minimum of 2+ years in accounts payable; payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and code to GL accounts.
• Prepare and issue checks or process ACH payments.
• Maintain A/P filing system and reconcile monthly statements.
• Process bi-weekly payroll in Workforce Now after manager approvals.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with fixed assets and other accounting tasks.
