Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will work under supervision of a BCBA, collect data, implement behavior plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates.

Part-time role with afternoon/evening shifts; after-school hours and weekends preferred. Competitive pay and benefits included for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes for therapy sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
