Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in-home settings, under supervision from a BCBA. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while gaining hands-on training.

You will collect data on progress, implement behavior plans, and share strategies with families to support continued progress in a flexible schedule. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy
• Ability to collect and record data on treatment goals
• Strong communication with families and supervising BCBA

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families with strategies and progress updates
