Job summary

Children Making Strides seeks enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism aged 2-9 in home, daycare and center-based settings. You will provide ABA therapy, build vital life skills, and draft reports to relay progress to senior health professionals.

You will receive dynamic training and supervision from BCBAs led by our Clinical Director, work with a passionate team, and benefit from a sign-on bonus after 90 days plus ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services at home, daycare or clinic and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.
• Help children build life skills in communication and socialization.
• Collaborate with team to create engaging, learning-centered sessions.
• Foster a supportive, caring environment and monitor safety during sessions.
• Document and relay progress to supervising clinicians.
