Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is hiring ABA therapists to conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with children and young adults in home and community settings. You will implement behavioral interventions, collect data, and participate in BCBA supervision to ensure high-quality treatment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Must have a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients' homes
• Must possess a High School Degree
• Experience in roles such as nanny, teacher, teacher assistant, paraprofessional, special education teacher, early childhood education provider, daycare teacher, psychology degree

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for children ages 2–21.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA and maintain data on trials daily.
