Golden Steps ABA is hiring RBTs to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home or community settings for children and young adults with autism. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with BCBAs, and maintaining detailed data on progress.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.
• Must possess a reliable car and driver’s license for commuting to clients’ homes.
• Must possess a High School Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism.
• Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training.
• Maintain communication with BCBA and RBT team members.
• Receive supervision from your BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Enter data for each pediatric patient for all programs.
