Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism aged 2-9 in home, daycare, and clinic settings. You will provide ABA therapy services and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

Join a team that emphasizes compassionate, child-led, play-based approaches, with ongoing training from BCBA supervisors. A Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00–3:00pm is offered, along with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, registered vehicle, and active car insurance.
• Ability to work with children aged 2-9 in home, daycare and center-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
