Job summary

CCRES Educational & Behavioral Health Services is seeking a School Based Behavior Consultant in the Oxford Area School District for the 2026-2027 school year, partnering with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). The role is an independent contractor (1099) position paying $55 per hour, with no benefits.

Primary responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing positive behavior supports, assessing instructional needs, and monitoring student data to adjust

Qualifications

Masters degree in ABA or related program required or preferred.
Experience as Behavior Consultant preferred.
Active BCBA/BCaBA license preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
Develop positive behavioral supports using evidence-based interventions.
Assess a student’s instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
Monitor student data and adjust programming as needed.
Develop tools and collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
Train staff on positive behavior support plans and monitor fidelity.
