Job summary

CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services in Chester County, PA, seeks a part-time BCBA to support the Attend School Avoidance Program in partnership with CCIU. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop function-based plans, coach staff, and provide parent consultation across home, school, and re-entry settings.

This independent contractor (1099) role requires morning availability for FBAs and home assessments, with services across Chester County, including homes, schools, and CC IU

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing function-based PBSPs is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments for school-age students with avoidance/attendance concerns.
• Perform FBAs and functional analysis as needed.
• Develop function-based Positive Behavior Support Plans with families and school teams.
• Provide parent/caregiver consultation and staff coaching.
• Review data, adjust interventions, and monitor progress.
