Job summary

CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Owen J Roberts School District with CCIU. This 1099 independent contractor role offers $75-$79 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for meeting 25 billable hours and a 90-day milestone.

Placement: Elementary Schools. Responsibilities include assessments, data-driven programming, staff training, and ongoing progress monitoring with a focus on students with autism and related needs.

Qualifications

• Masters in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification active and current.
• Post-BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports.
• Develop positive behavioral supports with evidence-based interventions.
• Assess instructional needs and develop programming accordingly.
• Monitor student data and adjust programming as needed.
• Develop tools and collect progress data on goals.
• Train staff on behavior plans and monitor fidelity.
