Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and center-based therapy for children with autism. We also provide customized training on ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.

We seek a Behavior Technician to implement individual ABA plans in clients' homes, participate in staff training, and communicate with supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work in clients' homes with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect and record therapy session data.
