Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Kentucky is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children with ASD in homes, schools, and community settings, helping them develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress reporting, ongoing training, and collaboration with families. A high school diploma is required; a BA/BS is preferred, and RBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Experience implementing ABA programs a plus.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and team orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community.
• Collect and record client progress data accurately.
• Monitor changes and report progress to BCBA.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and reports.
• Collaborate with families to generalize skills.
