Job summary

First Day ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated technician to administer ABA therapy for children with autism, under BCBA/BCaBA supervision. You will deliver sessions in home, school, community, or clinic settings, implementing individualized plans and tracking progress.

You will collect data, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with BCBAs, BTs, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments while promoting safety for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ABA experience preferred.
• Active RBT status with BACB or state registry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions for individuals with ASD in the home, school, community, or clinical settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA/BCaBA with fidelity.
• Accurately collect data on client behavior during intervention sessions.
• Maintain confidential documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, BT/RBTs, family caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
• Performs other related duties as deemed necessary.
