Job summary

First Day ABA Therapy is seeking qualified professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. The role involves delivering therapy in home, school, community, or clinical settings and contributing to individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, document management, collaboration with care teams, and ensuring a safe environment for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD in various settings, assisting with skill development, communication, social interaction, and behavior management.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA/BCaBA, ensure fidelity, and maintain detailed documentation of treatment and outcomes.
• Accurately collect data on client behavior during intervention sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, other BT/RBTs, family caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent intervention across environments.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
