Job summary

First Day ABA Therapy is hiring ABA Therapists to administer ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA/BCaBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and maintain documentation across home, school, and community settings.

We value collaboration with families and other professionals, ensuring safe, compassionate, and effective therapy. Training offered and weekly pay are provided with a 401(k) option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Active Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) status through BACB or state registry where required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state requirements.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD in various settings, aiding skill development, communication, social interaction, and behavior management.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, ensuring fidelity and documenting outcomes.
• Accurately collect data on client behavior during intervention sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, BTs, families, and professionals to ensure consistent intervention across environments.
• Promote safety for clients and coworkers.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
