Job summary

Attain ABA is seeking dedicated professionals to join its expanding team delivering ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental challenges. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA, document sessions, and maintain data accuracy while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Background screening and clearance required.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision.
• Follow treatment plans and implement individualized ABA programs directed by BCBA.
• Document client sessions, record data, and input timesheets accurately.
• Develop rapport with clients and families, and collaborate with parents to meet goals.
• Communicate with supervisors on case updates, schedule changes, and availability.
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings; pursue RBT certification if/when required.
