Job summary

TUCCi Learning Solutions is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to individuals with autism in home or school settings. You will collect data, follow behavior and skill acquisition plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure steady client progress.

Ideal candidates have RBT in good standing, strong communication, and a proactive approach. Flexible schedules and ongoing CLM coaching are offered.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in good standing.
• Experience collecting data and implementing ABA plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork with BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based therapy under BCBA supervision in home or school settings.
• Collect and record data as directed by the BCBA.
• Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans in a professional manner.
• Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
