Baby2Baby seeks a Shipping & Inventory Manager to oversee all inbound and outbound stock across California, coordinating with a 3PL partner and managing data in the WMS. The role is onsite at multiple California facilities, including Van Nuys, with relocation to Vernon planned.

Requires 4+ years warehouse experience, 2+ years 3PL, and strong organizational skills. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse experience and at least two years of 3PL experience.
• Proficient in data entry and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with the 3PL and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Provide inventory updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Ensure orders are scheduled and fulfilled on time.
