Job summary

AnySignal in Los Angeles is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage daily warehouse logistics, supervise staff, and ensure on-time deliveries of finished goods. You will own inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive the rollout of tech-driven warehouse systems including NetSuite inventory tracking.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse leadership, proficiency with WMS/ERP and Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management or logistics with leadership.
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in aerospace/defense material records and AS9100 knowledge is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound receipts, storage workflows, and outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock accuracy, SKU tracking, and physical counts with reconciliations.
• Direct the rollout of tech-driven warehouse systems with barcodes, mapping, and NetSuite tracking.
• Verify bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests per OSHA and shipping rules.
• Coordinate with freight/parcel services to schedule pickups and routing; manage claims.
• Handle boxing, crating, and packaging of finished goods.
