Impact Catalysts seeks an ambitious analyst to work closely with consultants on social impact projects. You will conduct rigorous research, analyze data, and help map strategic options for clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, initiative, and delivering high-quality materials for client meetings. You will develop financial models, run surveys, and support business development while advancing the organization’s mission toward a more just society.

Formación

• 1-3 years of professional work experience in nonprofit or social sector roles.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect daily tasks to the big picture and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects, including meeting planning and scheduling, task management, and development of workplans to keep multiple projects running effectively.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, engage in quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings, and develop insights.
• Draft, edit, and format materials in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for client meetings and deliverables with team support.
• Analyze financial information and build financial models.
• Develop, execute, and analyze surveys using online tools.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; provide operational support as needed.
