Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional work experience in nonprofit or social sector roles.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect daily tasks to the big picture and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, including meeting planning and scheduling, task management, and development of workplans to keep multiple projects running effectively.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, engage in quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings, and develop insights.
• Draft, edit, and format materials in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for client meetings and deliverables with team support.
• Analyze financial information and build financial models.
• Develop, execute, and analyze surveys using online tools.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; provide operational support as needed.
