Job summary

Catholic Charities Diocese of Rochester (CCDOR) seeks a visionary Director for the Steps to Success Rochester program to guide a multidisciplinary team and advance EMPath Mobility Mentoring goals in targeted Rochester zip codes.

You will oversee staffing, grant management, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and program design, while partnering with county/state entities and the VP of Family Prosperity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of professional human services experience with a track record of programmatic or organizational success.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience, including team leadership and staff development.
• Experience working with diverse, vulnerable, or marginalized populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the buildout and execution of the Steps to Success Rochester Mentoring Program.
• Develop strategic plans to meet aggressive program objectives and recruit clients in under-resourced neighborhoods.
• Collaborate with provider agencies and stakeholders to align program efforts with mission and direction.
• Oversee grant-related activities, reporting, and compliance; manage budget and performance.
