Citi is seeking an Operations and Business Management Associate to join the Community Investing and Development (CID) team in Charlotte. You will support CID program activities, coordinate workflows, and help manage operational cadences to advance Citi Foundation initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards and KPI scorecards, publishing reports, mapping processes with SOPs, and preparing executive briefings. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in operations or banking are preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in business management, banking operations, project management or operational process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, modeling) and MS PowerPoint (executive presentations, dashboard visualizations).
• Ability to map workflows, develop standard operating documents (SODs), and implement process efficiencies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to synthesize operational data for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive team player with the ability to prioritize multiple complex deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with enterprise generative AI platforms and digital productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Business Operations & Execution: Manage day-to-day business management operations supporting CID program activities, resource allocation tracking and administrative cadences.
• Dashboards & Performance Metrics: Design, maintain, and publish operational tracking dashboards, KPI scorecards and management reporting packages.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Establish, maintain, and govern Standard Operating Documents (SODs) and process maps to eliminate bottlenecks and harmonize workflows.
• Executive & Departmental Reporting: Coordinate recurring operational reviews, leadership updates and executive briefing materials, synthesizing complex data into clear presentations.
• Operational Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for operational inquiries, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable workflow solutions.
